With 15+ years navigating strategic leadership environments, I understand the weight of complex decisions and the loneliness of always being expected to have the answers. I've helped organizations from high-growth startups to global enterprises navigate transformation, and in 2023 published "The Execution Revolution" on closing the gap between strategy and results.
But credentials matter less than commitment: I'll never prioritize being reassuring over being useful. I believe we need fewer comforting myths and more challenging truths.
