Born into conversation
First principles at the dinner table
At age seven, while other kids fled the dinner table, I was expected to hold my own in intellectual debates. My childhood home was my first thinking room. This early immersion in structured debate shaped me fundamentally, leading me to political philosophy at university, where first-principles thinking became my foundation.
Builder by accident, strategist by design
The gap between ideas and results
Life thrust me into leadership early. As a young intrapreneur, I built a business line that broke the one-billion-SEK mark in just a few relentless years. This experience revealed the raw gap between brilliant ideas and tangible results. It pulled me into management consulting, where I found my people: leaders who refused to settle for mediocrity.
I became obsessed with decoding strategy execution. Our methodology worked, but consulting delivers one hour at a time. To create real impact, we pivoted into Howwe, a SaaS platform that scales execution beyond human limitations.
The execution manifesto
The Execution Revolution
After a decade in the trenches of strategy execution, I earned the right to create a modern manifesto. The Execution Revolution became my blueprint for leaders who refuse to let visions die in PowerPoint graveyards. Writing forced every concept through the refiner's fire. The book stands as my contribution: while execution feels complex, the solutions are remarkably simple when stripped to their essence.
Where minds meet souls
The Thinking Room
Systems explain performance, but humans create transcendence.
The Thinking Room emerged from this realization. A space where the analytical and the existential collide. Where brilliance does not hide behind polish. Where leaders pause certainty to explore curiosity.
This isn't just another business podcast. It's a continuation of those childhood dinner conversations, now with leaders who shape industries and culture.
I'm driven by fascination with how exceptional minds work, not just what they think, but what shapes their thinking. Equally, I need to uncover what lies beneath: the doubts, the unspoken struggles, the midnight questions that true leaders rarely share in boardrooms.
Full circle
ThinkRoom Podcast
From the seven-year-old debating at dinner to the host creating space for leaders to think aloud, my path now seems inevitable. Every role I've played prepared me for creating conversations that matter. The Thinking Room is where all these threads converge, where intellectual rigor meets human depth. This is where I'm most alive, one candid conversation at a time.
